Wayne Taylor's '35 Chevy Pickup
If there's such a person as a Gentleman, Scholar and find Choice of Wine... Wayne Taylor fills the discription. A family story is behind this 35 Chevy Pickup, Grandfather- Father-Brother-Me!... There's even a calf in the front cab seat. The whole story will be up soon. It'll be worth coming back to read.
This lady loved Classic Cars from the time she was a teenager. Now... she has one. A full story on this beautiful '71 Olds Cutless Convertible and Sandra Hamel will be up soon.... Stay tuned. This is a good story.
1940 Ford Standard - I am the 3rd owner of this car. It was originally purchased in Schulenberg, Texas, in December 1940. The little lady drove the car for about 10 years then it got parked in a garage for 20 years. The second owner bought the car and did a three year frame off restoration finishing it in 1975. He did most of the work himself, including painting the car in his driveway. I bought
the car in 2004. I put a complete new brake system on it... dual 94 carbs... converted it to 12 volt... Redd's Headers
with Schmitty's. Otherwise, it's all original.
1955 Chevy Convertible - I did a frame off restoration on this car in 1995. It has a 350/350 set up, 2" dropped spindles, power disc brakes, power steering, Edelbrock 4 bbl carb. with AC. Original style interior with red/beige paint colors with a beige top. I have put 24,000 miles on this car since it's completion.
1932 Ford Roadster - This hiboy was built and finished in 2000. A friend of mine in Austin purchased the car from the widow of the original owner. I bought it from my friend in 2008. It's a Brookville Roadster steel body on a TCI frame. There's a pretty hot little 327 Chevy with fuelie heads, a pretty hot street cam, Edelbrock 4 bbl carb, a GM200 tranny to a 9 inch Ford out back. It has a nice black and white rolled interior and trunk area with a white drop top and side curtains.
Paula and I have lived in Kennebunkport since our retirement in the summer of 2000. Our winter residence is Austin, Texas. We are fortunate to have lots of friends and family in both great places.
I have been a hot rod guy since my first car in the 50s... and here are the current cars I have parked in my barn in Kennebunkport.

Tim Blair's 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra
Here is a picture of my 1996 Mustang Cobra. I'm the second owner and it's all original. It only has 42000 miles on it and is a blast to drive. Can't wait till spring to get it out again and start seeing older cars out cruising

1948 Willis Overland Jeepster Convertable
Truly distinctive automobiles can sometimes come from the least likely places. The Willys Jeepster is a perfect example.
Ron Gillis 1999 Ford F-150 Lightning
It goes beyond just a V8 engine and racing stripes or ''Sport'' signage plastered on its flanks. It is serious. And it's even supercharged.
